Who Are We ?

Speed-launched right before Christmas of 2024, Purple Stoke was born out of a dream of sustainably creating a high-quality version of everyday couture products - with style. Our pilot product, the Purple Stoke Slipper, is an embodiment of that dream.

How do I place an order ?

You can place an order using the website or by reaching out to us on WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

Where do you deliver and is there a delivery fee ?

We deliver all over Lebanon for a 4$ charge on each order.

What size is right for me ?

Here is our size guide for our Purple Stoke Slippers:

Small - 35 to 38 EU
Medium - 39 to 42 EU
Large - 43+ EU

Our sizes are very flexible, if you feel your size is at the edge of a range, feel free to switch to a different one: a smaller range for a tighter fit, or a larger range for more wiggle room.

Can I exchange them if they're the wrong size ?

You can definitely exchange your slippers if they're the wrong size as long as they're in the same condition they were received in and were purchased within 30 days prior. Please reach out to us if you need to make an exchange and we'll get you sorted !

Do I have to hand-wash them ?

It is always best to hand-wash, but it is okay to go for the washing machine as long as the cold setting is used and they are left to air dry, not put in the dryer.

Are they water proof ?

The slippers' soles are made out of water resistant fabric, meaning they can withstand small amounts of water without being immediately absorbed by the fabric, but longer exposure or big puddles will get your feet wet !

Are they 100% cotton ?

The interior of our slippers is always 100% cotton, or for certain designs, a mix of pure linen and cotton. This keeps them optimally comfortable, clean and at a nice temperature during all seasons.
